We’re committed to ensuring everyone can have a phenomenal experience at Steelhouse Omaha. The venue offers a number of accessibility features to assist those with access needs:

• Seating – Wheelchair & companion tickets are available on all levels of the venue, and can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com or the box office. Limited Mobility seats are also available in the balcony. Please notify a staff member upon arrival for accommodations.
• Wheelchair Access – While Steelhouse Omaha does not provide wheelchairs, wheelchair access is available to all levels of the building and entrance.
• Service Animals – Service dogs and miniature horses are welcome. Animals must remain leashed or in a harness and be clearly identified as a service animal. Find more information about Nebraska law regarding service animals here.
• Restrooms – Wheelchair accessible restrooms are in all public restrooms in the venue. Companion restroom and lactation rooms are available as well.
• Requests for American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation for shows should go directly through our Ticket Omaha box office. Please call 402.345.0606 or email ticketomaha@o-pa.org at least two weeks prior to your show so we can secure a sign language interpreter for you.
