If you’re attending a concert, you’ll be directed to Ticketmaster. If you’re attending a community event, you’ll buy tickets through Ticket Omaha. If you’re unsure where to buy, contact us at 402.345.0606 or ticketomaha@o-pa.org.

If you purchased tickets through Ticketmaster, download the Ticketmaster app to access your tickets.

If you purchased tickets for a community event through Ticket Omaha, access your tickets at wallet.ticketomaha.com.

Yes, the following are permitted:

• Clear plastic or vinyl bags 12x6x12 in. max
• Small clutch bags approximately 6.5×4.5 in. max

Card – Steelhouse is a cashless venue! If you bring cash, you are able to convert it to a card on-site at no cost.

Some shows offer discounts for groups of 10 or more people when booking. Find out more here.

Steelhouse is an all-ages venue unless otherwise noted for a specific show.

Yes! Wheelchair and companion tickets are available in the balcony. There are no ADA-specific tickets on the main floor. Please notify a staff member upon arrival for accommodations. Find more info about accessibility features here.

The Ticket Omaha Box Office located inside the Holland Center at 1200 Douglas Street is open 12–5 PM, Monday through Friday. On-site box office assistance at Steelhouse will be available starting 90 minutes prior to showtime.
