Yes! You can check your bag or coat on site for $10.

The Steelhouse Lounge is a private bar on the balcony level of Steelhouse Omaha with premium liquor options. This space is included with the purchase of a Premier Access Club Package or can be added on site for $20. Head to the box office or find a guest services staff member to upgrade.

If you’re attending a concert, you’ll be directed to Ticketmaster. If you’re attending a community event, you’ll buy tickets through Ticket Omaha. If you’re unsure where to buy, contact us at 402.345.0606 or ticketomaha@o-pa.org.

If you purchased tickets through Ticketmaster, download the Ticketmaster app to access your tickets.

If you purchased tickets for a community event through Ticket Omaha, access your tickets at wallet.ticketomaha.com.

The following are permitted:

• Clear plastic or vinyl bags 12x6x12 in. max
• Small clutch bags approximately 6.5×4.5 in. max

Bag check is located beside the box office and can be purchased for $10.

Card – Steelhouse is a cashless venue! If you bring cash, you are able to convert it to a card on-site at no cost.

Steelhouse is an all-ages venue unless otherwise noted for a specific show.

Yes! Wheelchair & companion tickets are available on all levels of the venue, and can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com or at the box office. Limited Mobility seats are also available in the balcony. Please notify a staff member upon arrival for accommodations. Find more info about accessibility features here.

The Ticket Omaha Box Office located inside the Holland Center at 1200 Douglas Street is open 12–5 PM, Monday through Friday. On-site box office assistance at Steelhouse will be available starting 90 minutes prior to showtime.
